About Us
Limitless Property Management
“It’s not just a house, it’s a home.”
Why We Do It
When we started in this industry, we noticed two distinct trends:
– When tenants are treated like they’ll wreck a rental, they will.
– When owners are treated like cash cows, they’ll either give up owning a rental, or leave.
We later discovered that it’s basic adult learning theory: adults don’t like things done to them without having control. We sure know we don’t!
But when we looked around and asked our fellow industry men “why?” They kept telling us, “Well, it’s just the way you do business in the industry.” Well, the “way you do things,” results in wrecked homes, abused tenants and owners, and increased tension between all parties, because there is no trust.
The industry the way it is, is entirely unsustainable. For tenants, owners, and managers. So we decided to change the status quo.
The Limitless Method
A unique and independent school of management, The Limitless Method emphasizes 3 distinct characteristics: Sustainability, Honesty, and Ethicality. We subvert the modern status quo of property management by treating both the owners and the tenants as our customers; because respected and cared for tenants take better care of homes.
We’ve been managing properties this way for a collective of almost a decade, and over 400 properties managed; we’ve never evicted a tenant, had long lasting, pleasant tenancies, happy families, and happy owners. Properties are rented out exactly as the tenants expect, and when the job is done, the owners get their homes back in great shape.
Sustainability
Our entire focus is to create an environment for property management that is sustainable. That means long-lasting tenants, well managed investment properties, and proactive problem solving, all to maintain the industry, and the property’s value and useability.
Honesty
Before we worked for ourselves, the companies we used to manage for lacked clarity both for the tenants and the owners; and they maintained that murkiness to make their bucks. Anything from quietly charging tenants things like “administrative fees” just to move in to generally misrepresenting the scope of work their job entailed to qualify fees and extra expenses. Not us – just ask, and we’ll answer.
Ethicality
At the end, no other values matter if a business isn’t run by people with a foundational focus on ethical practice. We don’t lie, we don’t obscure, and we follow the laws (with painstaking emphasis on detail). Both tenants and owners can trust us, because we aren’t so focused on making money as we are just doing our job. We’re going to put the people and the industry first, always.
