City Regulatory Handbooks for Landlords and Tenants
Several cities in King and Snohomish County require landlords to provide tenants with a city-issued renter handbook at lease signing. These are the official documents for each city.
Required by law. If your rental property is located in one of these cities, Washington State law and local ordinance require you to give tenants a copy of the applicable handbook at or before lease signing. Limitless Property Management handles this as part of our leasing process.

How Limitless Handles Compliance
When we place a tenant in a city that requires a handbook, we include the correct document in the lease package. You do not need to track this yourself.
Local rental regulations change. Cities like Seattle, Burien, and Auburn have added tenant protections in recent years. Staying current is part of what we do. If you own a rental in one of these cities and are self-managing, review the handbook for your city before your next lease signing.
